Requesting an Eligibility Ruling
Parent or Student-Athlete
If you are a parent or student-athlete trying to determine your (or your child's) eligibility at an LHSAA member school, please contact the principal of that school for more information. Only LHSAA principals may request official eligibility rulings.
LHSAA Principal
Any LHSAA principal interested in submitting an official Eligibility Ruling Request must do so in writing. We have created a form to make this process easier. This form (below) may be faxed or mailed.
