The Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA) and Raising Cane’s congratulate Cheyenne Berg, a senior of Winnfield Senior High School, for winning the 2015 LHSAA Prep Classic Poster Contest!
Cheyenne’s artwork will serve as the official poster and program cover for the 2015 Allstate Sugar Bowl Prep Classic and she will be featured in the souvenir program for the event. She will be recognized during halftime of the Class 3A championship game with her art teacher C. Willis-Moore, principal Dr. Jane Griffin, Allstate Sugar Bowl and Superdome representatives, and receive overnight accommodations in New Orleans and VIP passes to enjoy the Prep Classic in an LHSAA suite. Cheyenne will also enjoy a $100 prize compliments of the LHSAA and free Raising Cane’s for a year.
Cheyenne Berg is a seventeen-year-old senior at Winnfield Senior High School and the daughter of Donna Jenogan and the late Scott Berg. She is a student in the Winn Parish Gifted and Talented Art Program and serves as President of the Youth Art Council of America. She has been involved in the Talented Art program since the sixth grade.
She plans to attend Art College after graduation to pursue a degree in animation or video game design. She gives credit to her art teacher, Ms. Carnesha Willis-Moore, for motivating her and teaching her the techniques which have allowed her to maximize her artistic abilities.
The LHSAA thanks all students who entered the artwork for this contest. The following top four (4) runner-ups will be given a gift basket on behalf of Raising Cane’s:
Wyatt Gonzales – Berwick High School
